Since becoming a Savvy Shopper I have learned many things. The most important however … never pay full price for anything.
In this article, I am going to tell you the top four things never to pay full price for.
Number one on my list would have to be clothing. Most online stores have a clearance tab you can click on to look at all their “on sale” clothes. If that cute shirt you’ve been wanting is not in the clearance section, then many online stores offer promo codes where you could take an additional percentage off. This way you can get that cute shirt you have been wanting for a great deal!
Air flights and hotels are second on the never-pay-full-price list.
My family lives in Georgia and I live in Utah. Every year we are so lucky to visit them and it is because of the great deals I find on plane tickets. There are many online sites that will help you find the best deals. Expedia and Priceline are great sites to look for deals on any kind of travel. They also offer an additional discount if you book a hotel and plane ticket together. Be sure to check out their sites and never pay full price again on air flights and hotels.
Third, would have to be food. Before my hubby and I go out on the town, I always check online to find any deals I can for restaurants. You would be surprised how many places offer discounts like buy one meal get one free, get a free appetizer, and much, much more. You can also find great deals on Restaurant.com. That is one of my favorite websites to go to.
Last but not least is electronics. In my last article, I told you a story about how I found a great deal on a camera that my hubby really wanted. Regular price was $399.99 and I found it for $199.99! I was so happy that I got the camera I wanted and was able to save a ton of money at the same time. When looking for a new TV, computer, etc., be sure to check out all their deals. Best Buy always has a Deal of the Day where they sell great items at a low price, plus free shipping!
Next time when looking for clothes, flights, hotels or electronics, be sure to check all the deals you can before making you final purchase. It will save you a lot of money in the end.
